Over 20 years of experience as a litigator in civil, commercial, criminal, family, and labor law related disputes.

In this regard, his practice stands out for representing clients in complex cases, as well as judicial and extrajudicial debt collection on behalf of our clients.

Manuel also offers specialized legal advice in land titling processes, public contracting acts, and business structuring.

He has served as the Chief Legal Director for both the Agricultural Development Bank and the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Panama, providing advice to these institutions in local matters as well as negotiations of international contracts and agreements on behalf of the State.

He was a Deputy of the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) for the State of Panama from 2009 to 2014.

A graduate of the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT), he holds a master’s degree in Project Management and Senior Management and a master’s in Higher Education Teaching, both from Columbus University. He has taught Civil Procedural Law and Civil Law at Universidad Panamericana and Civil Procedural Law at the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT), respectively.
